Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or pool?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unworn. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Does D.LOUISE jewelry come with a warranty?
Absolutely. We are so confident in our quality that we offer a Lifetime Warranty against color fading and tarnishing. If your jewelry loses its color, we will replace it for you.
