We want you to love your D.LOUISE pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original branded pouch and box to ensure it stays protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
